Clients and friends often ask me for resources. There are so many books and websites, it can be a challenge to sift through the options and determine what might be most helpful. Perhaps the most useful suggestion I offer is to remember that whatever you read, keep in mind that it is written for the broadest application, and nothing is “one size fits all.” Books and websites can be informative starting points, and I often learn a great deal from clients by talking about what they’ve read and the thoughts, questions, and insights the reading has inspired. I list here a short list of books and websites that I most frequently recommend.
